ROSWELL COMBAT FITNESS CLASS
Half strength and conditioning using a high intensity interval workouts using everything from medicine balls to resistance band to body weight to dumbbells to jump boxes and more for use in a variety of different exercises. Usually a set of 3 to 4 exercises are given to do 3 to 4 sets and then repeating with 3 to 4 brand new exercises. The second half of class uses a variety of punches, kicks and knee combinations using focus mitts and a partner. Focus mitts are used to catch your partners punches and kicks. The instructor will teach both the punch kick combinations as well as the focus mitt holding. You and your partner will go back and for 2 to 2 and 1/2 min rounds, giving you a new combination after both have completed the round.
The class is always different, always challenging, and always fun. Boxing gloves required!
