Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in the art of Krav Maga and other martial arts and have attained a certain level of expertise — through extensive testing and certification — to qualify them as teachers and also mentors.
Eric is the Chief Instructor at Atlanta Krav Maga and Fitness. He is a Krav Maga Worldwide 2nd Degree Black Belt, one of only 25 in the country, and the only one in the state of Georgia. He has trained in various other styles of Martial Arts since the age of 12 including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Goju-Ryu Karate. He is a certified American Top Team Instructor and shares this knowledge through the ATT program at AKMF. Eric recently worked with director, Rob Cohen and Stunt Performer, Mark Hicks as a Fight Choreographer for the movie “Alex Cross”, staring Tyler Perry and Matthew Fox. Eric is currently working as a Krav Maga Technical Advisor for Season 2 of the USA television show “Necessary Roughness” with actor, Scott Cohen.
Nick earned his Black Belt in Tae Kwon do at the ripe old age of 15. He is an extremely talented instructor and practitioner. In addition to instructing at AKMF Nick also finds time to attend GA Tech full time to pursue a degree in Computer Science.
Eric has been an instructor in Krav Maga since 2007 and is a very talented practitioner as well. Eric has a true passion for Krav Maga and passing his knowledge on to others.
Adolfo comes from a Wrestling background and has been training in Krav Maga since 2008. From his first class Adolfo has dedicated himself to becoming the best practitioner he could be. Adolfo applied that same dedication to his instructor training in 2009.
Morgan is an insturctor and AKMF Member Accounts Manager. She joined us at AKMF thinking she would train about two days a week. Morgan took her first class and has never missed a day since then! If there is a class going on at AKMF Morgan is either training in it or teaching it. Morgan became a Krav Maga Instructor in 2010 and is also a N.E.S.T.A. certified MMA Conditioning Coach.
