We will be holding a FREE Introductory Krav Maga class on July 24th from 2:30-4:00p.m. In this class you will learn basic combatives like palm strikes and groin kicks, defenses against attacks such being choked from the front, bear hug from behind and others. On Saturday June 12th 19 students endured a 7 hour physical test to gain entry into Level 2 of Krav Maga. We are very pleased to announce that EVERYONE PASSED! Congratulations to all who tested and welcome to Level 2.

WOMEN ONLY SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR

We will be holding a WOMENS ONLY self-defense seminar on April 23rd at the Roswell location from 6p.m.-8:30p.m. This seminar is open to any female age 16 and up. In this seminar you will learn how to fight using Palm Strikes, Groin kicks, elbows and more. We will train on real life situations that females can find themselves in on any given day such as being grabbed from behind, choked and being pinned to the ground. In addition to the physical self-defense we will also show you how to NOT look like a victim and how to be more aware of your surroundings.
