We will be expanding our fitness schedule starting March 2nd. COMBAT FITNESS will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6p.m. These new classes will incorporate focus mitts, jump ropes, Bulgarian Bag workouts and much more! Each class will challenge your body in a different way and you will NEVER get bored. You will lose weight, tone muscle, gain endurance, lower cholesterol and reduce stress.
